Real hydration is cellular hydration

Your need hydration to enter the cells thanks to good electrolyte balance and good kidney function or you might experience symptoms of dehydration like salt craving, dry skin, heart palpitations or head aches and maybe water retention or OEDEMA which is water outside the cells but poor adequate cellular hydration.

Start your day with water / lemon water / mineral water

Watch out for dehydrating diuretic drinks like alcohol teas coffee

Add electrolytes to water

And get specific tools during your coaching programmes

Sleep

While the body appears from the outside to be still and inactive, sleep is a time when the body is quite busy. During the night, we restock our supply of hormones, process significant toxins, repair damaged tissue, generate vital white blood cells for immunity, eliminate the effects of stress, and process heavy emotions. Sleeping soundly will increase your motivation to make further lifestyle changes (when well rested, it is always easier to eat more healthily).

Functional Nutrition

Eat to support your body functions: toxins avoidance, sleep, hydration, adequate digestion / absorption. 

We need proper intake of macro and micronutrients to support enzymes and optimal health. Modern life can be faster, more stress full, longer, more demanding on our overall systems and we have to know how to support it, sometimes with the helps of targeted supplements for specific goals. Reading lab tests can help us identify these needs.
