There is not one diet to fit everyone.
We will find what supports your life best at this moment in your life. You will not have the same needs if you are a teenager going through puberty having a demanding stress full work or intense exercise routine or during your peri-menopause or menopausal years.
We use lab testings, intuitive medicine and your own taste to build up a functional nutrition plan that you can enjoy and sustain.
We might have to cover the shortcomings with medicinal foods or supplements if you decide to follow a restrictive diet like a vegan life style or if you are traveling a lot (many vaccines & toxins) or are an athlete .

In the first stage of stress the body increases cortisol, blood sugar, blood pressure and sodium.
