Ingredients:
Base:
1/2 Cup nuts (almonds, cashews, pecan)
1/2 Cup dates
2Tbs melted coconut oil
1/4 Cup cacao powder
Mix all ingredients. Spread a layer in a dish and place in the deep freezer.
Middle layer:
1 Cup dates soaked in hot water for 5 min unless using very soft dates.
1/2 Cup coconut oil
4 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbs maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
Blend all until smooth and spread over the bottom layer
Top chocolate layer:
1/4 Cup caco
1/4 Cup coconut oil
1/4 Cup maple syrup
Mix in a bowl and spread evenly over the middle layer.
Keep in the freezer and take out 5/10 min before serving.
