CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado

  • 1/3 cup coconut cream

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave

  • 1 small banana

  • Cacao nibs / coconut cream on top (optional)

Method

  • Pulse avocado and cream in blender

  • Add sweetener and cacao powder and blend.

  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or plus

  • Add topping if desired.
