Ingredients
Cooked red beans. 5 to 7 Cups.
Washed and soaked or toasted mix seeds: linseeds, sunflower, pumpkin. 1 Cup.
Dates. Adjust for more or less sweetness. 1 Cup.
Grated coconut/moringa/poppy seeds/cocoa for coating.
Method
Crush half the seeds in blender
Put beans in blender and mix
Add dates and blend
Add crushed seeds and blend
Add other seeds and mix
Roll in golf size balls
Roll in coatings of your choice.
