RED BEANS ENERGY PEARLS

Ingredients

  • Cooked red beans. 5 to 7 Cups.

  • Washed and soaked or toasted mix seeds: linseeds, sunflower, pumpkin. 1 Cup.

  • Dates. Adjust for more or less sweetness. 1 Cup.

  • Grated coconut/moringa/poppy seeds/cocoa for coating.

Method

  • Crush half the seeds in blender

  • Put beans in blender and mix

  • Add dates and blend

  • Add crushed seeds and blend

  • Add other seeds and mix

  • Roll in golf size balls

  • Roll in coatings of your choice.
